Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
