Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to onboard sports groups, clubs, and organizations as brand partners.
- Lead promotional campaigns (digital and on-ground) to boost brand awareness and engagement in local sports communities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content (social media, email, ads) tailored to sports audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sports teams, event organizers, and influencers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, lead conversion, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent the brand at sports events, trade shows, and community gatherings to foster direct connections.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a track record of designing successful promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Passion for sports and community engagement with an understanding of local market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
