Responsibility
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Generate and follow up on sales quotes, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to process orders efficiently and resolve any issues.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis for management review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, with a valid work permit or eligibility to obtain one.
