Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, administration, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
