Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and receipts with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer and product databases for pet grooming and retail sales.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of pet care products.
- Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues related to sales and services.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the grooming team to schedule appointments and manage client records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, retail, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of pet care products or services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration is advantageous.
