Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales records, contracts, and customer databases with high accuracy.
- Process orders, invoices, and sales reports in a timely and organized manner.
- Coordinate between sales teams, clients, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare and distribute sales performance reports and analytics to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional administrative support.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related field.
