Responsibility

  • Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and receipts with 100% accuracy.
  • Handle daily cash deposits, accounts receivable (AR), and petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, financial summaries, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all sales-related documents.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies in financial records and client billing inquiries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes for sales and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to streamline administrative workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales administration, accounting, or financial clerical roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
