Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare and distribute sales documentation, including proposals, agreements, and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgeting activities.
- Optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
