Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming sales orders from resellers and retailers accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and inventory logs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration, order processing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
