Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to process orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales pipelines and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to reflect real-time data and progress.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to sales orders, deliveries, and billing issues.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance sales operations and productivity.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive sales efficiency and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers.
