Responsibility
- Monitor and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from field marketing teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sales-related documentation and administrative records.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to verify data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee the administrative workflow to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
- Analyze real-time sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update internal databases with the latest sales and customer information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
