Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with sales teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth transaction workflows.
- Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and inventory logs.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
