Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing from inquiry to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling to support sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
