Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Manage inventory updates and communicate stock levels to relevant departments.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
