Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the hospitality and tourism sector.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, resorts, and travel agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in Bali’s tourism industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; higher education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in marketing or sales, with leadership or team management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry in Bali.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Age 30 years or below at the time of application.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and with unwavering integrity.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools; familiarity with sales analytics is a bonus.
