Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all medical incidents, treatments, and safety inspections.
- Organize and conduct health and safety training sessions for employees.
- Collaborate with management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of first aid supplies and medical equipment.
- Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
