Responsibility
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities.
- Maintain and support existing RPA solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Conduct thorough technical documentation for bot development, user guides, and maintenance logs.
- Monitor bot performance metrics and troubleshoot runtime errors in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices in automation development.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to enhance internal toolsets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in RPA development (UiPath certification is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management for data-driven automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while maintaining high-quality output.
