Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Respond to guest requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and meet daily cleaning quotas.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and guest privacy.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a bonus).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.
