Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and ensure seamless access to company resources.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new IT equipment and software applications.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within Bali.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
