Responsibility
- Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition principles to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data and prepare revenue reports for management review.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Monitor and reconcile revenue accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for revenue recognition processes and controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on changes in revenue recognition standards and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue recognition, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
