Responsibility
- Process and document all returns, transfers, and product movements accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, sales, finance) and external partners (suppliers, logistics) to expedite product flow.
- Verify the condition and quantity of returned or transferred items against documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and resolutions.
- Generate and distribute reports on RTV activities, highlighting trends or issues for management review.
- Resolve discrepancies or delays in product movement by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for returns and transfers.
- Assist in auditing inventory to ensure accuracy and alignment with system records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or retail operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a benefit.
