Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and team-building activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail training, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
