Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to Under Armour’s brand standards.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving targets, analyzing KPIs, and implementing effective strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high productivity, professionalism, and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in apparel or sportswear.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software is a plus.
- Passion for the Under Armour brand and a deep understanding of its products and values.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by retail demands.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
