Note: This is a contract-based role with the potential for long-term opportunities.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards in luxury watch retail.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty in high-traffic tourist areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and VIP client interactions with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the central warehouse for replenishments, and ensure accurate inventory records to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and events tailored to Baliās diverse clientele.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision, preferably in luxury goods, watches, or high-end fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of retail associates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like Mandarin, Japanese, or Russian are a plus).
- Passion for luxury watches and knowledge of brands such as Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, or similar.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate Baliās tourism-driven retail schedule.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is advantageous.
