As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, implementing retail strategies, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will directly impact store performance, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation in a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail setting.

Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with management to analyze sales reports and recommend improvements for store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in fashion/apparel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with Levi’s brand products and values is a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is advantageous.
