Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service, guiding clients through eyewear selection based on style, fit, and functionality.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting Lenskart’s premium products and add-on services (e.g., lens coatings, warranties).
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions to deliver accurate recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring compliance with payment and return policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute visual merchandising standards and keep displays fresh and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock counts, restocking, and reporting discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Lenskart’s new collections to engage customers with confidence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, eyewear, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about eyewear technology, materials, and trends.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and basic inventory tools.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, in high-traffic retail locations.
- Passion for fashion and customer service, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
