Based in key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will oversee daily store operations, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact store performance, team development, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations to ensure store efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales target achievement.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation to maintain brand consistency.
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving escalated issues and enhancing the in-store experience.
- Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and operational expenses, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the consumer goods or electronics retail sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage with customers.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference given to candidates already in the target locations).
