Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
- Drive sales performance by implementing promotional strategies and meeting targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff schedules.
- Collaborate with management to implement company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Senior High School diploma; higher education in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of retail best practices and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
