Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with stocktaking.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in promotional activities, product displays, and seasonal sales events.
- Follow company policies on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
