Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and tracking stock levels.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
- Promote products and services through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Adhere to company policies, including health, safety, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
