Responsibility
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products in assigned retail locations
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Create attractive product displays and ensure retail space is well-organized
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Generate daily sales reports and provide feedback to management
- Participate in brand activation events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or promotional activities (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle product demonstrations
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and reporting
- Familiarity with Bali's retail market is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
