Responsibility
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs and guiding them toward the perfect furniture pieces for their homes or projects.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and relationship-building.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Loft Home Furniture’s product range, materials, and design trends to provide expert advice.
- Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-organized, and stocked with sample displays to enhance the customer experience.
- After-Sales Service: Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries, custom orders, and stock availability.
- Promotions & Events: Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, seasonal sales, and special events to drive foot traffic.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on local design trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in Bali’s luxury furniture market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods. Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus) with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based or incentive-driven environment.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture styles, materials (e.g., solid wood, upholstery), and space planning is advantageous.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, and basic design software (e.g., SketchUp) for client presentations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak shopping periods.
