Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end online product lifecycle, from inventory planning to promotional campaign execution.
- Collaborate with retail sales teams to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
- Monitor and optimize e-commerce platform performance, including site traffic, conversion rates, and ROI on digital ad spend.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities in the Indonesian market.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to manage content, SEO, and social media integration across e-commerce channels.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or retail sales leadership.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian e-marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and brand websites.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, or E-commerce backend dashboards).
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving data-based growth.
