Responsibility
- Promote and sell Home Credit’s financial products at assigned retail partner locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features, benefits, and application processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth integration of Home Credit services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Uphold company policies and compliance standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
