Responsibility

  • Lead and manage new store constructions, refurbishments, maintenance, and closures from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams (e.g., procurement, legal, operations) to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, reports, and KPI tracking, addressing deviations proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and Erajaya’s brand guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers to optimize costs and quality.
  • Prepare and present progress updates and post-project evaluations to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in project execution and store development workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail construction, commercial real estate, or store development.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD/Revit (basic knowledge).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, permitting processes, and local vendor networks in Bali.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
