Responsibility
- Handle customer requests and inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory logs to support pharmacy operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales reports and financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all retail operations.
- Provide support in managing pharmacy stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in training new staff members on pharmacy retail procedures and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy retail, healthcare, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
