Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to enhance customer experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management as needed.
- Uphold company policies, including loss prevention and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role (beauty/wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail is advantageous.
- Familiarity with premium beauty products or willingness to learn.
