Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide product information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments securely and responsibly.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer flow.
- Upsell products and promote loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia (KITAS/working visa preferred).
