Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring all financial records are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking products and tracking sales.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury goods.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining store standards.
- Passion for customer service and a proactive, friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of beauty or wellness products is advantageous.
