Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory accuracy at the checkout area.
- Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, including security and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail/customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or Customer Service Representative (1+ years preferred).
- Strong numerical and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and basic computer applications.
