Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales in a luxury retail setting.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail operations and inventory management.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within luxury retail or a similar high-end customer service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.

- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
