Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payment methods efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance at the end of each shift
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store information
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy
- Keep the checkout area clean and well-organized
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
