Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and optimize product placement for maximum visibility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving escalations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement promotions, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and staff productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in consumer products.
- Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a talent for team development.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
