Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Process prescriptions and payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Manage inventory control, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports with precision.
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
