Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on eyewear selections tailored to their needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including merchandising displays and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage daily sales reports.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new collections, features, and promotions, to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (eyewear or fashion industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with luxury brands, eyewear trends, or fashion is highly desirable.
