Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on restaurant and kitchen equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all equipment is in compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management staff to address technical needs and emergencies.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for repairs.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities for record-keeping purposes.
- Provide training to staff on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Respond promptly to technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of kitchen and restaurant equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali.
- Certification or training in a relevant technical field is a plus.
