Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts replacements.
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as required.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and supplies, and request replenishments when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance work.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and operate tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
