Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and customer engagement in Bali.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create compelling content (copy, visuals, videos) that aligns with brand identity and resonates with local and tourist audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., ROI, engagement rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to promote new menu items, events, and seasonal offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, food bloggers, and media outlets for partnerships.
- Oversee branding consistency across all channels, including in-store materials, online listings, and promotional collateral.
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, pop-ups, or loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of working with tight deadlines and achieving measurable targets.
- Strong branding sense with a portfolio of successful campaigns or content (social media, ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and tourist demographics is a plus.
