Responsibility

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement for Kreasi Kopi Jaya’s restaurant locations in Bali.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach and generate buzz around promotions and events.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, events, and partnerships to enhance customer experience and boost foot traffic.
  • Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to align marketing efforts with menu launches, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and online reviews, to ensure a positive brand image.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers, media, and customers.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines.
