Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement for Kreasi Kopi Jaya’s restaurant locations in Bali.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach and generate buzz around promotions and events.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, events, and partnerships to enhance customer experience and boost foot traffic.
- Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to align marketing efforts with menu launches, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and online reviews, to ensure a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers, media, and customers.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for branding and a passion for storytelling.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local market is highly desirable.
