Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budget adherence.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize restaurant performance metrics, including sales, labor costs, and customer feedback.

- Conduct regular training sessions to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
